How will I receive the posts?
You’ll get a file folder of images, a caption document you can copy and paste from, and a link to your Canva templates.
How long will it take to receive my posts?
If you’re on the ball with returning anything I need from you (logos, requests, questionnaire, etc.) then turnaround is typically about 2 weeks after purchase.
Can I edit the graphics?
Yes! Everything is fully editable in Canva. Change content, fonts, text, colors, or images whenever you want.
Do I need Canva Pro?
No, but Canva Pro unlocks many more options for you. If you do not have Pro (the paid version of Canva), everything I deliver will work on the free version. However, if you are making this investment into your social media, Canva Pro is strongly recommended.
Can I request specific topics for the posts?
Yes! You’ll fill out a short questionnaire so your graphics, captions, and layouts match your practice focus and plan.
What if I want changes after delivery?
We’ll have one round of edits during the design process. Upon delivery, you’ll have fully editable Canva templates, so you can make changes at any time.
